The province of Ontario did not register births before July 1869. Church records can be sourced for christening or baptisms.
The registration of the birth will first be by the date, and then alphabetically by the person's last and first names.
Registrations of Marriages, 1924 Archives of Ontario Series RG 80-5, MS 932, Reels 669-695. The registration of marriages between 1870 and 1872 are not indexed, as are some of the marriages between 1780 and 1869. Check the Archives of Ontario for details.
Registrations of Deaths, 1934 Archives of Ontario Series RG 80-8, MS 935 Reels 478-496. The death record are arranged by year of death and alphabetically by last and first names. The province of Ontario did not register deaths before 1869. It may be advisable that you check cemetery transactions, church records, and estate wills held by the Surrogate and Probate Courts, as they are good sources of death records.

Registrations for births after the years mentioned in the previous paragraph can be searched for if the information is required to meet urgent legal or humanitarian needs. Requests for (births, marriages, and deaths) must include the name of the person on the record, plus the year of birth, or the date of marriage or death.
