This week I learned that there is actually a club called the Society of Ration Token Collectors! They're celebrating their 40th year and have over 150 members. The society collects, trades, sells paper & token home front ration items (for food, clothing, gasoline, tires, etc.); focuses on all types of rationing material from 1941 to 1945: tokens, forms, ration books, posters, coupons, etc.
